Coaching

At Bitton Road Runners we have a friendly group of coaches, who are here to provide help and advice to everyone – no matter what age or ability.

Group sessions run from the clubhouse, every Tuesday and Thursday evening, starting at 7pm. They run throughout the year and include:

  • Tempo
  • Interval
  • Fartlek
  • Track
  • Hills
  • Kenyan Hills

In addition, our coaches are available for one-to-one coaching or mentoring - and can provide you with any assistance to achieve your own personal running goals.

Please approach any member of the Coaching Team for assistance – we are all here to help you.

The following schedules detail the Tuesday track and speed endurance sessions, as well as a 5K and 10K 10 week training plan, half marathon plans and marathon plans. There are six coaches willing to mentor members for the marathon plan. If you are interested in being mentored, please speak to either Janet Brown, Chris Brown, Mark Kingdon, Terry Kirby, Claire Graham or Bill Graham.
