Coach led sessions - Tuesday 20th Novemb

Tuesday's coach led sessions: 

 

Track @ Whitehall is 6x800m with a 90s recovery. 

 

SE Lite @ club is 10x 100m to freshen the legs after the weekend races. Run at an effort that feels fast, fun and controlled! 1.30min recovery between each effort. 

 

Speed Endurance session @ club is interval. 25 minutes around a looped course. Buddy up with your running partner and take it in turns to turn up the effort! Don't forget to bring your running partner and best running face!
